Silt Curtain Class 2 (20m)

Class 2 Silt Curtains are suited to a variety of applications with medium risk conditions (moderate wind and/or water forces in a river or calm harbour). These silt curtains are 20m in length with 100mm x 100mm Float and 6mm Chain. Various skirt sizes are available from 1m-4m. Each 20m silt curtain can be joint together to form longer lengths.

• 20 metres long
• 1-4 meter Skirt of 260gsm geotextile with 90 micron pore size
• 100 x 100mm (140mmDia) closed cell foam flotation
• 610gsm UV stabilised PVC
• Handles at 5m, 10m & 15m
• 2 strips 50mm high tensile webbing with 2T breaking strain (1 above and 1 below float chamber)
• Standard ASTM F962 extruded aluminium z-connectors on float chamber
• Marine grade #10 YKK zipper on skirt
• Galvanised 6mm chain ballast full length of curtain in PVC pocket
• Stainless steel eye nut anchoring points
• 2 x Triangle Patch Stitching connection (for tensile strengthening)
