Commercial Diving Services Pty Ltd is committed to continual improvement by:

• Defining, planning and implementing process measurement and monitoring activities needed to assure conformity, safety and environmental sustainability;
• Collecting and analysing data to determine the suitability and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System;
• Reviewing data to identify trends;
• Utilising inputs from management, staff, clients, internal and external audit results;
• Ensuring corrective and preventive actions are recorded and reviewed;
• Measuring and monitoring products and services to verify client requirements are met;
• Regularly assessing all parts of the Integrated Management System (policies, procedures and practices);
• Using the policies, objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive action and management review.
